Figure 1 shows the results of the initial search, which found 1233 studies. After removal of duplicate papers and those that did not meet the eligibility criteria by title or abstract review, 36 studies were read in full to assess for eligibility. At the end of the search, we included 1520 patients from 25 studies.3,6,27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 Most of the population assessed were women (73%), with a mean age15 of 51.1±16.5 years.
