Literature review yielded a total of 38 studies published from 1978 until 2024 documenting 42 cases of OS [1], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16], [17], [18], [19], [20], [21], [22], [23], [24], [25], [26], [27], [28], [29], [30], [31], [32], [33], [34], [35], [36], [37], [38], [39], [40], [41], [42], [43], [44], [45], [46]. 71.4% (n = 30) olfactory schwannoma attachment sites were described to originate from the olfactory groove or cribriform plate (Cohort 1) while the
