The first author/ corresponding author (MM) and the last author (LKA) have full control of all primary raw data (interview transcripts) and allow the journal to review our data if requested. The data generated during and/or analyzed during the current study are available from the first author on reasonable request. All raw data are written in Danish. Data are stored in a locked file cabinet in a locked room at the Copenhagen University Hospital as requested by the Danish Data Protection Agency.
