Association of physical activity, cardiorespiratory fitness, grip strength, and grip strength asymmetry with incident musculoskeletal disorders in 406,080 White adults

Over a 10-year follow-up of 406,080 UK Biobank participants, a higher incidence of musculoskeletal disorders was associated with low physical activity levels and poor physical fitness, including low cardiorespiratory fitness, low muscle strength, and muscle strength incoordination.
