The Aesku HELIOS® HTC Automated IFA System, featuring a Humidity Temperature Control (HTC) module, was evaluated using AESKUSlides® ANA HEp-2 Gamma and HELIOS® Helmed Integrated Optical System Software Version 4.1 Release 2. A Product Benchmark Study was conducted in June 2024 at the PiRL Laboratory, Kalamazoo, MI. Nexus Corporation assessed workflow, system specifications, and procedural steps requiring human intervention through time studies, operator interviews, and direct observations.
