Ethics Approval

In our institution, Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval is not mandatory for studies such as case reports or editorial materials. However, the study was conducted in accordance with the 2013 Helsinki Declaration, its later amendments, or comparable ethical standards. Informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication.
