The mass spectrometry proteomics data have been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE [32] partner repository with the dataset identifier PXD072780. This dataset consists of raw LC-MS/MS files, Spectronaut v. 19.5 output file and excel files which indicate the sample ID.
