Washington DC played host to the 2026 American Urological Association (AUA) meeting, which saw global delegates descend on the US capital for a varied programme of talks encompassing the latest in urology.

As always, the AUA congress also acted as a focus point for a wide range of satellite meetings, including national urological societies and specialist societies. The increasingly popular and well attended Society for Women in Urology (SWIU) breakfast meeting was a highlight early on Sunday morning, which has grown from a small informal meeting of just a few delegates to a yearly breakfast symposium with excellent pastries and even more excellent speakers.
